Wishes – A Poem Written by Manoj Chamling

Written by Manoj Chamling

If life goes like how I want it,
If all dreams be true as I wish it,
I would travel this world thousand miles,
I shall build broken home tile by tile.

Every drop of tear will dry like desert,
All ailments shall wear off like it’s whirling dirt.
I will compel fickle love to stay forever,
I shall turn frail and weak into undisputed warriors.

I shall work to make the world a little better.
Only if life goes how I want it,
But life is strange story and we are living in it.
