Trepidation – a poem written by Hum Ale

Trepidation
You breathe the burden of your silence
Stifled for years
Do you wage a campaign to promote your tolerance?
You will not squeak at all in trepidation
When the dark smoke smothers in your eyes
That’s when you can’t think of anything
But, ready up to pay a heavy price over your tolerance
I wonder if you’ll ever see the land of your heart
