Revive The Dying
Written by Lathu Gop
Bruised by loneliness, I bleed profusely.
The unbearable agony pierces me profoundly.
Leaving me to wobble in the sea of desolation,
Where have the occupants gone abandoning the idolized?
Thorns of loneness has chafed my skin
Dribbling salty tears scalds the affliction
Before the festering wound nibbles my flesh,
O’ fluffy clouds, lift me and place me on your chest.
And take me to the skies different
In search of the dwellings of my dear ones
Knocking the doors of their conscience,
My pent up emotions will unfasten.
Earnest implorings will shake the humans.
Barging into me, they”ll leave the alien.
To cradle me in their affectionate bosom,
To clear the malodorous odor,
And deodorize me with their presence
Shards of isolation will be removed
By the reverberating cackles.
From the pit of agony I ” ll be revived
By their shallow squabbles.
Restoring my magnificent look,
I’ll slumber amidst their noisy snores.
