Maple Leaves – A Poem Written by Bharati Hazarika

Maple Leaves

Written by Bharati Hazarika

Falling leaves of maple
Made a colourful road
To greet me
In my way of destiny

A maple leaf fell
On my palm
Reminiscence of beloved
Of my life journey

The blue bird
Tweeted me
‘Not to stop,
Live life happily…’.
