I’M A LIVING TORCH

A Poem by @Corina Junghiatu

I’M A LIVING TORCH
I’m a living torch,
you ignited all my cells
with your liquid and incandescent love.
The space compresses,
spring stretches from me to you
to congeal all the letters between us
in one metaphor: LOVE.
I kiss your body of steam,
I kiss the velvet of your eyelids
like two orchid petals,
I kiss your face wrapped in silk,
floating euphorically on an abysmal cloud,
to dilute the distances,
to merge with your light
cos all the molecules
from the heart chords
shouts: YOU …
On the shore of this ephemeral existence,
you and I merge inside one skin.
